Kylie Jenner's new app already hit #1 on the top charts under "free" apps. The app itself is free but once you download it, it costs $2.99 to subscribe. Without subscribing the app is useless.
(Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner also have apps now that yes are free but also cost $2.99 for a subscription)
